Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Oshrib Social Publisher (the "Service"), operated by Oshrib Digital 360, Israel. By connecting an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service lets business clients of Oshrib Digital 360 publish videos and posts they approved to their own TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts.

2. Your account and consent

You connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Nothing is posted without your approval. Before each TikTok post you choose the privacy level and interaction settings, disclose commercial content where required, and confirm.
You can disconnect at any time.

3. Content

You are responsible for the content you approve and for having the rights to it. Content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, TikTok's Terms of Service, its Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and the policies of Meta where relevant. We may refuse to publish content that breaks these rules.

4. Third-party platforms

TikTok, Instagram and Facebook are independent services. Posts are subject to their terms, review and availability, and we are not responsible for their decisions, delays or outages.

5. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Oshrib Digital 360 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect at any time. We may suspend access in case of misuse.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.
