Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Oshrib Digital 360 ("we") handles information in Oshrib Social Publisher (the "Service"), a tool that lets business owners publish content they approved to their own TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts.

1. Information we collect

From TikTok, after you log in and approve: your TikTok open ID, display name and avatar (scope user.info.basic), and an access token and refresh token that let the Service post on your behalf (scopes video.publish and video.upload).
Posting information: the videos, captions and post settings (privacy level, comments, Duet, Stitch, commercial-content disclosure) you choose, and the publish status TikTok returns.
Contact details you give us as a client (name, business name, email, phone).

We do not collect your TikTok password, followers, messages, or any data beyond the scopes listed above.

2. How we use it

To show you which TikTok account a video will be posted to.
To post the videos you approved, with the settings you chose, and to report whether posting succeeded.
To keep your connection active (refreshing the token) until you disconnect.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

3. Sharing

Information is shared only with the platform you publish to (TikTok, and Meta for Instagram/Facebook) as needed to post, and with our hosting provider (a server in the EU, Hetzner) that stores it on our behalf.

4. Storage and security

Tokens are stored encrypted-at-rest on our server with restricted file permissions, are never shown in the interface and are sent only to TikTok's official API over HTTPS. Access to the Service requires a password.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep tokens only while your account is connected. When you disconnect (in the Service, or by removing the app in TikTok: Settings > Security > Apps and services), we revoke and delete your tokens and profile data within 7 days. You can ask us to delete all your data at any time at oshri.biton@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting.

7. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
